Gentle Hearts accepts eligible Medicaid clients whose services are authorized through the applicable Medicaid program and who meet the requirements for the services being provided.

PRIVATE PAY

Gentle Hearts also serves individuals and families who choose to privately pay for eligible services.

Private-pay services are based upon:

• Individual needs

• Services requested

• Caregiver availability

• Nursing needs, when applicable

• The agreed-upon service arrangement

• Gentle Hearts Home Care policies
